JUST Lincolnshire played a pivotal role as a partner in the delivery of Boston College's Employers Open for Business project, aimed at supporting employers to recognise the business benefits and gains by advancing equality and diversity in the workplace. In all 10 businesses participated in the project representing a wide and diverse range of sectors including a multi-national construction company, an international food processing company, a hair salon and a residential care home to name but a few.
