JUST Lincolnshire aims to make a real difference to the lives of people from all backgrounds, by championing equality, tackling discrimination and celebrating the richly diverse make up of the communities which form our county identity.

Our Vision

To ensure that Lincolnshire is a county built on fairness and respect, where people are able to pursue their preferred lifestyle, proud and confident in all aspects of their diversity.

The Charitable objects of JUST Lincolnshire

• The elimination of discrimination on the grounds of race, age, gender, disability,  sexual orientation or religion.
• Advancing education and raising awareness in equality and diversity.
• Promoting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds.
• Conducting or commissioning research on equality and diversity issues and publishing results to the public.
• Cultivating a sentiment in favour of equality and diversity.

To achieve our vision and charitable objects JUST Lincolnshire will actively work towards equality for all marginalised groups, speaking clearly with one united voice and assured legitimacy on diversity, equality and human rights issues within the county and at regional level, so as to target discrimination, break down community barriers and encourage all organisations and individuals to adopt fairness in all activities they undertake.

This website seeks to provide a valuable, accessible and worthwhile ‘one stop shop’ resource of relevance and benefit to a wide audience of individuals, service users, organisations and bodies with an interest in equality & human rights.
