Wes joined JUST Lincolnshire in 2010 and became General Manager in 2012. A lifelong resident of Lincolnshire, Wes brings a wealth of experience to this role. His previous employment has seen him working with adults with enduring mental ill health and young adults who are vulnerably housed as well as having complex needs. Wes has also travelled to Croatia and Africa as a volunteer, working with community development projects.Follow @justlincs

Sue was appointed in April 2012. Over her 25 year career she has gained plenty of administrative and financial experience in positions ranging from Administation Assistant to Office Manager. She also has knowledge and experience of specific learning difficulties.Follow @justlincs
Mandy was born in Lincoln and has lived and worked in the area all her life. She joined JUST Lincolnshire in September 2015 after many years of working within the Criminal Justice field where she discovered her passion for equalities and treating all people fairly. Mandy has a real drive to support changes in attitude to make a real difference to people's lives. She has raised awareness in the field of diversity and awareness over many years in different ways to many groups of people both in formal and informal learning environments.
Jeanne has worked as a Community Worker for 32 years, during which time she has worked with many different communities, cultures and ages, developing a wide and varied range of community projects. It began with the Youth Service (Lincolnshire), then Save the Children Fund (Gainsborough), then The Children’s Society (South Yorkshire). On leaving the Children’s Society, she secured a job in Lincoln as a lone worker to ‘do community development’ in Lincoln. This was January 1997, she worked across the City initially then across the County as the team and work grew. She left Developmentplus in September 2015 having worked as CEO for 14 years before joining JUST Lincolnshire in April 2016. In real life she is the mother of two grown daughters Laura and Claire, partner to Jonty, house slave to 3 cats and a dog. Her hobbies are amateur dramatics, travelling and being with friends and family.
